Following the wedding ceremenony, most couples hold some kind of reception to celebrate the exchanging of vows.

The reason for this is that by this time, the official wedding photographer will have concluded all of his work and if you rely on other people taking photos for you then the chances are that it will take you some time to retrieve the pictures you want.
