Make sure that you organise yourself!
by Michelle ~ August 20th, 2008. Filed under: General.When all the planning is over and your big day is dawning, then the chances are that you will be surrounded by cards, piece of paper and all sorts of items which you may think are cluttering up your house.
This is quite normal and is something which you need to organise yourself with or else this could develop into a real mine field and you will not be able to find anything within the clutter.
One thing which we would strongly advise is to take your time in doing this and do not throw anything away which you may regret in the future. Many people throw away receipts, cards and mementos of their big day and really do regret this when looking back on the occasion.
This has added significance of course when you consider your engagement ring or wedding ring. Under no circumstances would we advise that you dispose of anything relating to these at any point. Receipts, insurance documentation and specifications of the ring are all vitally important and you should make sure that these are placed in a very safe place as soon as possible.
It is all too easy to throw away important documents by mistake – make sure that you are not a victim of this by organising all the information relating to your wedding in a safe and easily accessible place.
