Involve your family and friends

This can not only represent a great way to involve numerous people, but it also can work out to be financially very beneficial.
One of the most common areas which this occurs with is the wedding cake. More and more people are rejecting the custom made designs from local businesses and deciding instead to produce their own special cake. This has numerous advantages – first of all the bride and groom can have the definitive say about the design of the cake and watch it in progress. Secondly, in terms of the filling of the cake, this can be adapted to the tastes of the two people and little extras can be added to the cake with relative ease. Thirdly, this way of producing the wedding cake will be considerably cheaper than buying exactly the same product in the shops.
This is one of the main areas where friends and family like to get involved before the wedding. There are other areas which, like this, can be incredibly rewarding for those taking part however you should remember that when it comes to aspects of the ceremony such as the venue, dress and wedding ring, this responsibility should solely rest with the two people concerned.
