Within the next couple of weeks, students u and down the country are going to be receiving their GCSE and A level results. This is often a very anxious time for parents and students alike, particularly is their is a University place waiting at the end of it.

Many people will be underestimating how they have performed and therefore will be in for a wonderful surprise when the actual results come out. Yet for some, these will bring disappointment as the grades which they receive will be lower than they had anticipated.

It is important that you show your loved one the same amount of love and compassion whatever the situation is when they open that dreaded envelope. Sure, you will be full of pride if they have achieved the results which you all wanted, yet if they didn’t then this really is the time when they would need you most.
