Another idea to dilute engagement ring suspicion!

One of the most difficult aspects of buying diamond rings for someone is knowing what ring size they are. This is particularly important if you do not want the recipient to become suspicious of exactly what you want to buy them. If an engagement ring is involved then this is definitely the case as you may want this to be a surprise to be presented at the proposal itself.

But how do you find out these things without arousing suspicion. We have recently provided you with some introductory advice in terms of how this can be done, but were made aware of another method which should yield success very recently.

This surrounds buying your partner another ring with her input in to it as a gift to gain that all important information. For example, if you are flicking through a catalogue or shopping around town and you see a nice ring then offer to buy this for your partner as a little gift to her. That way you can find out what ring size she is without too much suspicion being aroused.

The important thing to remember here is to not make the ring particularly expensive or extravagant and to remember what you are actually doing the exercise for. You will gain so much information for the main purchase that it can be worth purchasing a lesser ring prior to making the main investment. If anything this will dilute any suspicion as you partner will think that if you have just bought them a ring, there will not be an engagement ring being planned in the near future – how wrong they could be !
